Founded Midway Oilfield Constructors, Inc. (Midway) in 1981 at the age of twenty-four. Midway grew  from a small oilfield construction and service company in its beginnings into a multifaceted nationwide  upstream, midstream, and downstream construction and transportation company with offices in  Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and eight (8) offices throughout Texas working for the largest  Midstream Pipeline Companies and Independent Oil and Gas Companies in the United States. Midway  updated and rebranded its name and image in 2012 to Midway Energy Services to better emphasize all  the services that Midway had grown to provide to its customers. Midway’s core business was Midstream  Facility Construction, Pipeline Construction, Integrity and Pipeline Maintenance. Midway successfully  manned and completed various large capital projects from $12,000,000 - $65,000,000. Midway also  provided Upstream Construction Oil and Gas Services, Vacuum Truck Services and Trucking, Saltwater  Disposal, Water Transfer, Equipment Rental, Environmental Services and Safety. Midway Energy Services was a “One Stop Shop”. Midway employed over 750 employees and maintained over 200 units of yellow iron / heavy equipment and over 400 trucks, trailers, and other vehicles in its fleet. Midway also manned  a (10) man Safety Division that did an outstanding job keeping our employees, projects, and customers  safe.
